Entry Requirements & English Language Proficiency

Academic Qualifications:

  • A 2:2 honors undergraduate degree in computer science or another relevant quantitative discipline with a strong mathematical/statistical component is required.
  • A strong foundation in mathematics from prior studies is essential; previous experience with statistical programming is advantageous but not mandatory.

Proof of English Proficiency—Accepted exams and minimum scores:

  • IELTS (Academic): A minimum overall band score of 6.5, with no band lower than 6.0, is required.
  • TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 90 (equivalent to 580 on the paper-based test).
  • PTE Academic: Minimum overall score of 61, with no section below 59.
  • Duolingo English Test: Duolingo will be accepted with a minimum score of 120 and a score of at least 110 in each subscore. Please ensure the verification link is provided when submitting this evidence and you share your results with UL.

Tuition fees & Additional Costs

  • EU students: Approximately €7,900 for the full program
  • Non-EU students (including those from India): Approximately €20,100 for the full program.

Living Expenses

The estimated living expenses are €12,000 per year, which covers accommodation, food, transport, study materials, and other essentials.
