Entry Requirements & English Language Proficiency
Academic Requirements:
Applicants need a 2:2 honors undergraduate degree (NFQ Level 8) in computer science, statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline
Prior programming or database experience is helpful but not mandatory
English Proficiency: UCC’s standard postgraduate entry thresholds apply:
IELTS: Minimum overall 6.5 with no band below 6.0
PTE Academic: Minimum overall 63 (no section below 59)
TOEFL iBT: Typically, 90+
Duolingo: 120 overall, with at least 110 in each subscore
